By accessing and using FakeDash.it ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FakeDash.it provides a tool to create fake dashboard interfaces for demonstration and presentation purposes only. The Service is intended to help entrepreneurs and businesses visualize their ideas before building actual products.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to deceive, defraud, or mislead any person or entity
  • Create dashboards that violate any laws or regulations
  • Use the Service to impersonate any person or entity
  • Share or distribute fake dashboards with intent to mislead investors or customers
  • Use the Service in any way that could harm FakeDash.it or its users

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by FakeDash.it and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the dashboards you create using the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

FakeDash.it shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. We provide the Service "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

  • Payment information (processed securely through Lemonsqueezy/Stripe)
  • Dashboard content you create

Refund Policy

⚠️ Important: All sales are final. No refunds will be provided.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to our Service, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing FakeDash.it, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable
  • You have reviewed the product features and pricing before purchase
  • You understand what you are purchasing and how the Service works
  • You will not file a chargeback or dispute the transaction

Why No Refunds?

FakeDash.it is a digital product that provides instant access upon purchase. Unlike physical products, digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed. We can offer a free tier for you to try before committing to a paid plan.

Exceptions

We may consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Service for at least 7 Business days (must be reported within 48 hours)
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service outage lasting more than 7 Business days

Any exception requests must be sent to support@fakedash.it within 24 hours of purchase with detailed explanation and proof of the issue.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first is considered fraud. We will provide all transaction details to your bank or payment processor and may pursue legal action. Your account will be immediately terminated, and you will be permanently banned from using the Service.
